[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Staging for North Texas Veteran's Coalition/Plano HOTH Mission

Please join me early Saturday morning (August 11th, 2007) and support the first North Texas Veteran's Coalition Bike and Truck Show Fundraiser. The Executive Director of the NTVC is a HUGE fan of the Patriot Guard Riders and has invited us to parade in and join them for this event.

Staging: will be from 0730-0815 the corner of Spring Creek Parkway and Cheyenne Trail. We will stage on Cheyenne Trail to line up for parade formation.   Safety Briefing will be at 0815 after which all Riders will be mounted and ready for departure at 0830.

Weather:  Mostly sunny with a high of 96 degrees. Please hydrate the night before and continue to hydrate during the day.



This HOTH Mission is to support the NTVC fundraising effort. Their mission is Veteran's support via care package shipment overseas, support for the wounded and their families, and individual/family post-combat decompression help. It is a "come and go" type event so you are not obligated to stay for any length of time. I will be setting up a PGR information booth and will have the store with me. I realize that we have another HOTH mission in McKinney that evening and that this means a complete PGR day for some of you, as it will be for me. 

Iron Horses if you can, flags on bikes will be great and cages are always welcome and appreciated.

All bike groups are welcome to ride with us.
