Final Itinerary for Sgt. Dustin S. Wakeman, USA, 25, Everman, TX

This is the final itinerary for the Patriot Guard Mission to honor SGT Dustin Wakeman of  Everman, TX who was killed in action in Iraq protecting our freedom.

This is now a two-part mission:

Part 1: Sunday August 12, 2007, Visitation

We will stage at the Laurel Land Funeral Home located at 7100 Crowley Rd, Ft Worth, TX (817-293-1350) between 5:00 and 5:25 PM to have a Flag Line in place at 5:30 PM.  The visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM.

Part 2: Monday August 13, 2007, Funeral and Interment

We will stage at the QT mart located at the NE corner of Alta Mesa Boulevard and Crowley Road between 8:15 and 8:40 AM.  Safety briefing at 8:40 AM with KSU at 8:45 AM for the short ride to Laurel Land. The Flag Line will be in place by 9:00 AM.  The funeral service is at 10:00 AM and will be followed immediately by interment at Laurel Land.

Weather:  Hot, Hot, Hot. Please make sure you are hydrated and keep yourself that way as temps will be in the 100's.

Bring flag poles and flags if you have them, flags on bikes would be great. The support truck will be there.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, with honor and respect for this fallen Solider and his family.

All bike groups are welcome to ride with us.
