This is the Final Itinerary for the Patriot Guard Mission to honor Mr. John
Fair, US Army Vietnam Veteran and past State President of the Veterans of
Foreign Wars.  This Mission is confirmed, all contacts have been made.

Services and Internment: Services are scheduled for 2:00 Monday, August 27,
2007 at the 1st Baptist Church, 122 County Road 504, Desdemona, TX.
Internment will be at the Desdemona Cemetery.

Staging:  Harrell Funeral Home located at 112 N Camden St.  Dublin, TX 76446
(254) 445-3311 from 11:00-11:45.  All first time Riders will sign the
Liability Release Form prior to the Safety Brief.

Departure: KSU no later than 12:00 from the funeral home to the church.
There will be approximately one hour down-time prior to the Flag Line in
place by 1:15 to receive the arrival of family and friends.  At the
conclusion of the memorial services, we will escort Mr. Fair to his final
rest at the Desdemona Cemetery.  There will be LEO escort for all movements.
All bikes will present a uniform appearance as we ride in a staggered
formation.

Weather: sunny and a high of 94 degrees, with a no chance of rain, so plan
accordingly.  BEGIN HYDRATING RIGHT NOW!

Iron Horses if you can.  Bring flag poles and flags if you've got them,
flags on bikes would be great.  Cages are ALWAYS welcome and appreciated! 

Please remember that our mission is to Stand Tall and Silent showing honor
and respect for this Veteran and his family.
