[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Preliminary Information:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to attend this function in McKinney on the evening of Saturday, 11 AUG 2007.  The Ride Captain for this event is Robert "Nighthawk" Coffman.  As soon as he can firm up the details, we'll get them out to you.  Attached is a flyer (in Microsoft Word format).  In the event that the attachment is unreadable, here is some of the information from that flyer:
  a.. When - Saturday, August 11th; 1700 - 2145 (7 PM to 9:45 PM)
  b.. Where - Myers Park, 7117 CR 166, McKinney, TX
  c.. Gates open at 1600 (4 PM) with the program beginning at 1700.
  d.. PARKING - $5.00
  e.. Special Government & Military Speakers
  f.. Celebrities
  g.. F-18 Fly Over, CH-47 Chinook, 2 Apache Attack Helicopters
  h.. Other Military Equipment for Static Display
  i.. A custom Harley, beautifully restored in memory of LCPL Louis Qualls, USMC, who was from Temple
  j.. The Liberty Bell
  k.. Fireworks
  l.. Barney and Me Boxing
  m.. Youth Interactive Activities
  n.. Come early to preview the helicopters and vintage military equipment
  o.. Fun, food and drinks for the entire family
  p.. Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating
  q.. Coolers allowed but NO alcoholic beverages
  r.. Entertainment by Stephen Cochran and Matt Snook from Nashville
  s.. Also featuring McKinney Community Band
