Due to the large number of Missions posted for the next seven days, it was
suggested that we bundle them all and send out a consolidated list, so hold
on to your hat, it's going to be a bunch! I apologize for the length of

This is the final Itinerary for the Patriot Guard Riders to honor MSgt

SITE & TIMES: Proceed directly to Greenwood Funeral Home, 3100 White

WEATHER: Sunny, high of 64 degrees, so dress in layers
The support truck with flags will be there. Please remember that our
mission is to Stand Tall and Silent with honor and respect for this Veteran

SATURDAY - Waxahachie
All are cordially invited to the Ellis County Veteran's Appreciation
Ceremony this Saturday, November 10th, 2007. The music begins at 0930 and
most of the seats will be filled by the time the opening remarks start at
1000. The PGR has been granted reserved parking for those on 2 or 3 wheels
in the fire lane in front of the Waxahachie Civic Center located at the SE
corner of IH 35E and US Hwy 287. The program lasts two hours and ends with a
flyover of vintage WWII aircraft. Hope you can be there - it is a tremendous
honor for Veterans of all our conflicts and a tribute to the PGR mission.

SATURDAY - Flower Mound
A beautiful Veterans Memorial Plaza in Flower Mound will be dedicated on
Sunday Nov. 11 2007 at 12:15. The details and address can be found at:
http://www.tmumc.org/CommunityVeterans.htm The Patriot Gaurd Riders have
been asked to attend and show our respects with a flag line for the service.
State and local dignitaries and officials will be present as well. I will
have the flag support truck and the layout for the flag line coordinated and
ready to place by 11:30. The service is expected to last for 45 minutes.
After we leave ther any volunteers who would like to help assemble approx
150 new mission flags for our purposes would be welcome to come to my home a
few short blocks away for a flag party and BBQ. A mission post will be

SUNDAY - Dublin
Final Itinerary for the dedication of the Dublin War Memorial, Dublin, Texas
- Sunday, November 11, 2007
This is the final Itinerary for the Patriot Guard Riders to join with the
city of Dublin as they dedicate their War Memorial, honoring the Heroes of
their community who have made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom from 1861
until the present

STAGING & TIMES: Dublin High School, 2233 E. Hwy 6, Dublin, TX is located ½
mile east of Dublin on Hwy 6. Staging is from 1300 until 1345. All first
time Riders will sign a Release of Liability Form prior to the Safety
Briefing. KSU at 1355
MISSION: Ride approximately ½ mile to the memorial, dismount and stand a
Flag Line during the ceremony
WEATHER: Sunny, high of 84 degrees, but this is Texas so come prepared for
any condition. Begin hydrating the night before as access to water might be
limited
NOTE: The Ride Captain is cooking and will have some burgers ready for all
who come. He would like a RSVP so he will know how many to prepare for
Iron Horses if you can. Bring flag poles and flags if you've got them,
flags on bikes would be great. Cages are ALWAYS welcome and appreciated!

SUNDAY - DFW National Cemetery Dallas
The Veteran's Day program will be held Sunday, November 11th at the D-FW
National Cemetery. The program will start at 3:00 p.m. at the Assembly area.
The public is cordially invited to attend. The program this year will
include the Mt. Creek College Community Band, Reflections Home School Choir,
the Paralyzed Veterans of America (Lone Star Chapter) Rifle Salute and our
precisely timed flyover by the USAF Reserve Wing from NAS Joint Reserve
Base, Ft. Worth. Dr. Lynda Davis, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy
(Military Personnel Policy) will deliver the Veterans Day address. We hope
you will join us to honor our country's warriors. Due to the start of the
much-anticipated roadwork on Mountain Creek Parkway you will need to reach
the cemetery from Kiest Blvd or from I-20 and Mountain Creek Parkway. Please
allow extra time to arrive and park as the program will start promptly at
3:00 p.m.

MONDAY - Flower Mound
MISSION: Veterans Celebration at Forestwood Middle School Flower Mound,
Texas. The faculty and staff at Forestwood Middle school have invited the
Patriot Guard Riders to take part in the Annual Veterans Celebration as they
honor veterans from across the district. Forestwood is the school where
Randy "Coach" Roberts teaches and it would be an honor to have all the PGR
family present to celebrate these heroes. This would also allow our
students to see what it is we do so maybe one day they will carry on what so
many Patriotic Americans have started.

DATE/TIME: Monday, November 12, 2007, 0930
LOCATION: Forestwood Middle School Cafeteria 2810 Morris Road, Flower Mound,
Texas 75028
STAGING: Staging will be from 0800 to 0830 at the Kroger parking lot at 1101
Flower Mound Road. This is the Kroger at the southwest corner of Gerault /
Morris and Flower Mound Road (FM 3040). Safety brief at 0830, KSU at 0845.
We will have a short ride north on Morris to Forestwood MS where we will set
a Flag Line in front of the school to honor our Veterans.
Iron horses if you can flags on bikes always look awesome. Cages are always
welcome and appreciated. We will have a support truck with flags.

MONDAY - Ardmore, OK
Annual Veterans Day ride in Ardmore OK, Monday 12 Nov 2007. The Ceremony
starts with the music at 1030 and we will do a ride through the drive of the
home at 1045, we will continue to the rear of the home, dismount and take up
the flags, which will be there in a trailer. We will proceed single file to
the front of the home and form a Flag Line between the guest and the street.
Our staging area will be the same as before, the Ardmore Convention Center
is at Exit 33 off I-35 North of Ardmore. Go east to First Street, right one
block to Center. There is an IHOP at this exit for those who want to eat.
Staging time at the Convention Center is 0930, KSU at 1020. We will have a
LLE escort through town to the home.
For those coming from the east I will have staging in Madill at the WalMart
with KSU 0845; in Durant at the WalMart with KSU 0800. If we have riders
coming from further east email me and we will set up a time and meet place.
We will dismiss at the end of the Ceremony and those who would like to stay
and visit with the Vet's are welcome to do so. Keep in mind, many are older
and we do not want to stress them out. We have arranged for a couple of
spots in Ardmore for those who are interested in getting a bite to eat.
Ryans is a great buffet on North Commerce St. by WalMart. Right across from
the Home is Chev's bar. We have also made reservations at Cat Fish Corner,
which is also across the street from the home, with great fish, etc and
cold beer.

MONDAY - Bells, TX
This is a Special Mission to Bells Elementary School in Bells, Texas. The
Bells Elementary School is hosting their annual Veteran's Day tribute to
area Veterans on Monday, November 12, 2007. I need 25 - 30 bikes to ride
with me to Bells for this event.

Staging Information: We will stage at 8 AM. We will depart for the school
at 8:20 AM to arrive at the school at 8:30 AM The staging site is the Exxon
station in the center of Bells.
Event Logistics and Timeline: We will park in a line, outside the Gym, that
the kids and Vets can pass by. From arrival until 8:55 AM, we will stand
by our bikes to welcome the Veterans and answer questions. At 8:55 AM, we
will move into the gymnasium for the program. I have been requested to
brief the assembly about the Patriot Guard Riders and my military
experience.
Post Event Activities: After the assembly, the students will go outside to
watch us leave. I am trying to plan a "parade" departure for the students.
