FINAL ITINERARY for CPL Thomas Hilbert, Venus, Texas 15 Sept 2007

I will need help from all Red Hats in attendance.  Due to nice weather we are expecting a large turn out.

Visitation:  Friday 14 September 07, 1900 hours
Midlothian Funeral Home, 200 East Ave E, Midlothian, TX

There will be no staging, proceed directly to the funeral home and park across the road in the strip mall parking lot.  Flag Line will be formed at 1815 hours and will stand until relieved.

Service: Saturday, 15 September 2007 1000 hours
First Baptist Church 1651 South Midlothian Parkway in Midlothian, TX

Staging: 0815- 0900 on the Southwest corner of Brookshires Super Market located at 1400 East Bus 287 in Midlothian at the corner of Bus 287 and Midlothian Parkway.  KSU at 0910 following the safety briefing. We will have the flag line in place by 0915. 

Interment:  following the funeral service at Venus Memorial Park, East Fifth Street, Venus, Texas. 

Bring a block to rest your kick stand on. The cemetery is very small so we will park the bikes on the baseball field on the right on the way to the cemetery to leave room for the cars driven by family and friends. There will be a walk of about one quarter mile to the graveside.  The Support Truck will proceed directly to the grave site to unload the flags and the water.

Weather: 66 to 87 10% chance of rain - begin hydrating the night before
Iron horses if you can. Cages are welcome. Bring flags if you have them. The Support Truck with flags will be there.

PLEASE REMEMBER OUR MISSION IS TO STAND TALL AND SILENT WITH HONOR AND RESPECT TO THIS FALLEN SOLDIER AND HIS FAMILY FOR THEIR ULTIMATE SACRIFICE

All bike groups are welcome to ride with us.
