Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

A message from Jake is below regarding the parade.  There is something new
about bringing a toy for the parade.  Word is to bring one if you can but if
you can't, that will be OK.  Also, there are a couple of attachments to this
message to check out.  Thanks everyone, and special thanks to Jake for the
leg work!

Gentlemen and ladies 

The trucks are welcome as well as the iron horses.  There is a "fee" of a
new unwrapped toy.  The organizers we wear something patriotic.

I suggest we meet in the parking lot on the SW corner of Coit and Beltline
with kickstands up at 0655

Patriot Guard Riders  Row A   Unit number 123  Group 3

Staging for the parade will be at 
7:05-7:30am        Group #3 Check-In  OF PARADE VEHICLES 
(Floats, Decorated Vehicles, Trucks/Flatbed Trailers, Motorcycles - all
motorized vehicles) 

STAGING 

Parade staging will be on Cherrywood Drive (Row A) and in the Richardson
High School Westside Parking Lot (Rows B, C & D) 
ALL PARADE VEHICLES must enter the staging area from the east side of the
school at Mimosa and Holly.  Follow signage to the registration point where
you will be given a card to be placed on your vehicle or to be carried by
your marching group. 

The Kiwanis will be selling coffee at the staging site.
