Ladies and Gentlemen,
The PGR has been invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the
Carrollton Veterans Memorial, on the grounds of the Sandy Jacobs Government
Center in Carrollton this Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Lisa
"Gran" Wallace is the Ride Captain for this mission. At this time there are
no plans to set up flags for this event but our presence was specifically
requested by the organizers and I know that flag bikes would be especially
welcome.
A final itinerary for this mission will be coming out shortly. I have
included the official press release for this event (below) for your
information. We know there are 2 events on Saturday but that's not a big
step for the North Texas PGR.
Thanks to everyone for their time and commitment. Press release follows.
Steve Lucas
Deputy State Captain
North Texas PGR
