Part 1 - Groundbreaking Ceremony:  Saturday, December 6, 2008 - 10:00 AM

 

Staging - 9:30 AM

There will be a coned off area where we can park.  We will not be setting up
a flag line but will be observing the ceremony, which will consist of music,
speakers and the groundbreaking itself.  We will be recognized from the
podium.  We will also have some brochures to hand out for interested parties
and, of course, be available to answer questions about the PGR.  The
ceremony is expected to last about 30 minutes and light refreshments will be
served inside following the event.

 

There will not be a flag/water truck present.

 

 

Weather:  Mostly clear with an afternoon high of 60 degrees following a low
the night before of 30 degrees, so it might be a little chilly.  Please
dress accordingly.
