Specialist Bronaugh, 25 years old, was on active duty in Anchorage, Alaska
when he died in his sleep of natural causes.  Specialist Bronaugh's funeral
and burial will be in Wichita Falls.

 

 

Part 1 - Airport Arrival and Escort:  Sunday, December 7, 2008 - 11:51 AM

 

Staging - 10:45 AM

American Airlines Cargo Terminal

The American Airlines cargo terminal is located on the north end of the
airport, on the east side.  It is between crossunders #1 and #2 off of the
access road.  Do not take the toll road when entering the airport.  Travel
to the northbound service road and the entrance to the terminal parking lot
will be off of this road.  There are no restroom or other facilities at this
location, just a parking lot.  We will leave from here and do not anticipate
stopping until we get to Decatur, TX.  At that time, we will all stop for
gas and the contingent from Wichita Falls (who has been with us) and another
group from Wichita Falls who will be joining us there, will continue the
escort to Wichita Falls.  The DFW area PGR part of the mission will conclude
at that time.  I'm sure that anyone wishing to continue on to Wichita Falls
will be welcome.  Big flag bikes are always especially welcome at this type
of mission.  No water truck will be requested for this mission so plan
accordingly.

 

 

Part 2 - Interment Service:  Monday, December 8, 2008 - 2:00 PM

Staging: West side of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home at 1300 Monday December
8. The funeral home is located at 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls,
TX. The funeral service will start at 1400, the graveside service will be at
Crestview Memorial Cemetery adjacent to the funeral home immediately after
the funeral service.  

 

 

Weather:        Sunday:  Mostly clear with a high of 64 degrees.

                        Monday:  Upper 50s to low 60s.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this soldier and his family.
