Sergeant Savage, 26 years old, from Weatherford was killed by an IED in
Mosul, Iraq on December 4, 2008. He was assigned to the 103rd Engineer
Company, 94th Engineer Battalion, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.

We will meet the airplane and participate as required in honors at the
airport. We will then ride escort for Sgt. Savage and his family to the
funeral home and render appropriate honors there. Our duties for this part
of the mission will end at that time.

Weather: Wednesday: Sunny with a high of 49 degrees after a low of
25 degrees.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy and windy with a high of 67
degrees.
Please be conscious of the weather conditions and remember that safety is
always first.
A flag truck will not be requested for the escort but will be on hand for
the memorial service.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this hero and his family.
