Mr. Jouglard passed away on December 6, 2008 after a long illness.  He was
75 years old and he and his wife had recently celebrated their 56th wedding
anniversary.  Their son Greg is a PGR member in the Houston area.

Part 1 - Funeral and Interment Service:  Thursday, December 11, 2008 - 2:00
PM

Staging - 12:45 PM; Briefing - 1:00 PM

Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home

North Central Expressway, Exit 38 in Allen - Ridgeview Drive

The funeral home is located on the West side of the highway, immediately
next to the highway.

We will set up our flag line and stand tall and silent as the family and
guests arrive for the service.  Once the service has begun, we will move the
line to the graveside, which is on site, but several hundred yards from the
chapel.  Big flag bikes will stay behind to escort the hearse following the
service.

Weather:  Clear with a high of 56 degrees.

The flag/water truck will be there.

Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this veteran and his family.
