Toy Run for the Toy Run

This is a community service project we are doing to help children from a
small church get toys to those less fortunate than themselves.

 

 

Part 1 - Toy Run:  Saturday, December 20, 2008 - 10:00 AM

 

Staging - 9:30 AM; Briefing - 9:40 AM

 

McDonald's

Next to the Chevron at the SE corner of I-35W and E. Berry.

We will meet and stage at McDonald's so that we can all arrive at the church
together.  The church is The Abundant Living Worship Center, 4708 Old
Mansfield Road, Fort Worth, TX 76119.  We will meet the kids and collect the
toys and then return to the McDonald's.  We would appreciate for riders who
are going to be in the Big Texas Toy Run to also participate in this mission
if possible so they can take the toys along with them in that run the
following day.

 

 

Weather:  Light showers with a high of 69 degrees.

 

No flag/water truck will be ordered for this mission.

 

Iron horses are preferred for this mission, cages are always welcome and
appreciated.

Please remember that our mission to provide a positive experience for the
children of this church and to help provide toys for underprivileged
children of the metroplex.
