Short notice mission for Vietnam vet Richard "Richie" Howard Ray of Whicita Falls, Tx 07 February, 2008

The family of Specialist 4 Richard "Richie" Howard Ray has asked that the PGR participate in his funeral. Richie was a Vietnam vet and a very well respected paramedic in the Wichita Falls area.

Service: The memorial is at Colonial Baptist Church on Thursday, 07 February 2008 at 2PM. Internment will be in Terral OK (40 miles). 

We will stage in the Southwest corner of Sikes Mall from 12:30 PM with kickstands up at 12:50. It is only one block from the mall to the church. The family will already be there as they are being fed a meal there at noon. 

After the service starts most of us that can make the trip will leave the church and proceed to the gravesite in Terrel, Ok where we will be met by some of our fellow riders from Oklahoma. We will try to leave 3 or 4 riders to ride as part of the procession to Terrel. 

Iron horses if you can. Cages are always welcome. The Support Truck with flags will be there.

The weather is forecast to be in the mid 50's with the sun shining, so please dress accordingly. 

PLEASE REMEMBER OUR MISSION IS TO STAND TALL AND SILENT WITH HONOR AND RESPECT TO THIS VETERAN SOLDIER AND HIS FAMILY FOR THEIR ULTIMATE SACRIFICE
