Final Itinerary for Mr.  Marvin Berry, US Navy Corpsman, WWII Veteran and 
winner of the Silver Star for  the Battle of Guadalcanal 

This is a Memorial Ceremony to honor Mr. Marvin Berry for his service to  our 
country during WWII.

This is a one part  mission: 
Stage:   
Sunday, February 17, 2008; 1245--1300 Hours (12:45—1 PM);  
VFW Post 2559, 100 E. SH 276 (SH 276 and Mays Road), W.  Tawakoni, Texas

There will be a short ceremony inside the VFW Post followed by an outside  
ceremony with the firing of a 21-gun salute and the playing of Taps.  The PGR 
has been requested to set up a  flag line and to also have a formation of 3 
flags on each side of the rifle  squad. 
Come out to honor and show your respect at this Memorial Service for a  
Veteran of the Greatest Generation. 
The PGR will present Mr. Berry’s widow, Delores, with a plaque and  
medallion. 
After the ceremony, we will secure the flag line.  The mission will then be  
complete. 
Weather: 
Mostly sunny, 58 degrees. 
Iron Horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.  The 
Support Truck with flags and water  will be there. 
Please remember that our mission is to stand  tall, silent, with honor and 
respect for this Veteran and his  family.
