Master Sgt. Larry Glen Enloe was a veteran of 17 years, 7 months, in the
U.S. Air Force, which included a tour of duty in Viet Nam as a combat
photographer. He was 100% disabled, ultimately as a result of his time in Viet Nam,
and, among other things, having come in direct contact with Agent Orange. He was
a war buff and historian.
Mountain Creek Parkway is still under construction and you will need to
exercise caution when travelling on this road. Currently, the best avenue of
approach is to take Loop 12 south of I-30, transition to Spur 408 and exit on
Kiest Blvd., turning right (west) on Kiest; Coming off I-20, go north on Spur
408, exiting on Kiest, turning left (west); go over the hill, by the college,
to the stoplight; turn right on Mountain Creek Parkway. This will take you to
the front of DFW National Cemetery.
Please note that other services may be in progress as we are entering or
leaving the area. So please keep bike pipes/radio/etc., noise to a minimum..
Thanks.
Weather: Isolated thunderstorms; high of 100 degrees and low of 78 degrees.
Remember to stay hydrated. This temperature level is dangerous if you do not
drink plenty of liquids.
Iron Horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated. The
Support Truck with flags and water will be there.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, with honor and
respect for this veteran and his family.

Mike "Choo Choo" Brown
