FINAL ITINERARY 

PLANO’S VETERAN’S MEMORIAL DEDICATION CEREMONY

Tuesday, Nov 11th 9:30 AM

The City of Plano has invited the PGR to help with the dedication of their
Veteran’s Memorial.  The ceremony starts at 9:30 AM at Plano’s Memorial
Park, located at 2101 Bay Hill Drive (south of Spring Creek Pkwy and Custer

The Flag truck will arrive at 8:00 at the dedication site.  We will set up
the flags at that time.  We don’t need riders there at that time, but you
are welcome to come early and help.  We will set up the flags on the north
side of the parade ground circle.  Please park along the north side of Bay
Hill just west of Custer. 

STAGING - Tuesday November 11th, 8:15 – 8:45 am.  We will stage at the site.
Please park along the north side of Bay Hill, just west of Custer.  If that
is full, there is plenty of parking across the street at the church.  The
support truck will be there with water.  There will be a short briefing at
9:00.

The ceremony will last around an hour.  We have been invited to partake in
refreshments afterwards.

Weather - At the time of this posting-they are expecting a Canadian front to
move through our area on Wednesday, but it may arrive earlier.  Prepare for
anything however, and dress accordingly.  Even if it is going to be cool,
please hydrate the day before.

If it is raining, the ceremony will be held at Hunter’s Glen Baptist Church,
4001 Custer Rd Plano TX.   The church is located less than ½ mile South of
