PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Non-Mission Veterans Day Request

[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

PGR member and VFW Post 2137 Commander Joe Holder in Azle has notified us of
a request from Hoover Elementary School in Azle, TX for the presence of the
PGR at their Veterans Day celebration on Tuesday, November, 11, 2008.  Mr.
Holder says that the students at the school are very patriotic and well
educated on the topic of patriotism.  He says the VFW post motorcycle group
will be attending this event and he has passed along this invitation to us.
Due to the heavy schedule for the PGR on Veterans Day this, unfortunately,
cannot be assigned as an official PGR mission but any riders who are
otherwise available may wish to attend.  Food will be available at the
school for participants.  The riders will assemble at the VFW post at 9:00
AM.  The post is located at 11875 FM 730 North, between Azle and Boyd.
There is a very large flag flying in the front of the post and I'm assured
that "you can't miss it" by Mr. Holder.  Additional information can be
