At this time, we do not know what time the escort will leave the church for
DFW National Cemetery. If you will be attending the services for Sgt. Major
Miserany earlier and wish to participate in the escort please plan to arrive
at the church extra early in order to be prepared. The interment service is
scheduled to begin at DFW National Cemetery at 2:00 PM. The shelter
assignment is unknown at this time but will be available at the church for
those in the escort and will be posted at the visitor center at the cemetery
for those joining for the services there. While the flag truck will be
present at the cemetery to bring water, we will use the flags stored at the
shelter at the cemetery for the service.
Weather: Mostly clear with a high of 66 degrees.
Flag/water truck will be present.
Please note that there is a possibility of other services in progress as we
are entering or leaving the cemetery so please keep bike pipe/radio/etc.,
noise to a minimum. Thanks.
Iron Horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this soldier and her family.
Respectfully Submitted,
Bill Sides
North Texas Ride Captain
