PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Medal of Honor Patch

[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

Please pardon the intrusion but I've been informed that some may not have
gotten the attachment of the Medal of Honor patch order form so I'm sending
it again.  The patch has been altered only slightly to include the date of
this year's event.  That way, you'll be able to commemorate just when it
occurred and to collect another patch for next year and the years after as
well.  I've also included to whom you should make out your check.
