Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm happy to announce that there will be a raffle prize awarded at the fund
raiser that is being held for the North Texas PGR on the 26th and J&N
Motorcycle Leather on Roberts Cut Off Road. The prize is a guitar signed by
Toby Keith. The tickets are $5.00 each or 3 for $13.00 and are on sale at
J&N. Steve Hirtzel will have some tomorrow at the meet and greet in
McKinney if you're heading out that way. They will, of course, be on sale
at the fund raiser itself.

If a ride captain would like to have some tickets to sell, you may go to J&N
and talk to James or Nancy. They will sign you out some tickets and you're
personally responsible for those tickets from that point forward.

Attached to this message are the official rules of the raffle. They are
boring, but they are necessary. They are pretty much the same as any other
raffle rules you see anywhere else. In the rules and on the tickets
themselves you will see my name. That's because the name of a
representative of the North Texas PGR has to appear there by law. Simple as
that.

You do not have to be present to win the guitar, but your contact
information had better be legible on the ticket stub. That's how you will
be contacted if you aren't present when the ticket is drawn so please slow
down and make it easy to read. Some of the patch order forms have had to go
to the military to decipher just exactly what is written on them. The code
breakers hope to have those figured out any day now. You'd be surprised how
many people left off what city they live in and their zip code. Even the
code breakers are having trouble with those - especially when the phone
numbers are bad, too. But they have ways..

This is a great prize for some lucky winner. A photo of the guitar is
below.

Please remember that this event is not something we are doing for ourselves.
This was the idea of the organizers, out of the goodness of their hearts,
with the support of the community. It is truly humbling and I know you all
join me in how much we appreciate all that is going into this so that we can
continue our mission to honor others. If it's not already on your
calendars, please do everything you can to be there and support these folks
who are doing so much to support us. Everyone going to Koyote Ranch will,
I'm sure, rise early and ride hard so as not to miss this. Proceeds raised
will stay here in North Texas to directly affect our mission locally.

I hope to see everyone tomorrow at the meet and greet - rain or shine!!

Guitar photo below - raffle rules attached.

Thanks, everyone.

Steve Lucas

Deputy State Captain

North Texas PGR
