PGR_NTX Patriot Guard New State Captain Announcement

Ladies and Gentlemen,

George has asked that I announce to the riders in North Texas that an
announcement has been made naming the new State Captain for the PGR in
Texas.  The announcement came from the PGR National Ride Captain.  The text
is included below in its entirety.

I would like to personally and publicly thank George for his unqualified
dedication and hard work during his tenure as State Captain.  We have the
privilege of having been able to get to know George and have him here in
North Texas for a long time and all know his commitment to those we serve
and the riders.  We are truly fortunate for this.

Please join me in welcoming our new State Captain and wishing him well in
what is a difficult position.  The announcement:

Ladies and Gentlemen,

George Raglin has asked for a promotion to the flag line.  As much as I hate
it, he has been given that promotion.  He has done an amazing job in 

Texas and tho he will be missed in the leadership roles he will been a great
contribution to the flag line.  He has graciously offered to help thru 

the transition and I know Texas will be just fine!  Please join me in
thanking him for all he has done and will continue to do in the Great State
of Texas!

Lou Frietas has served as RC, SRC, ADSC and now serves as a Deputy State
Captain.  He is active in his community and has served on the Lake Conroe
Fire Department.  He is an Army Veteran as well.  He has agreed to take the
new position of Texas State Captain.  Please update your contact

information and join me in welcoming Lou.  I have no doubt he will do an
outstanding job!
