FINAL ITINERARY

National Day of Prayer Event

at North Hills Hospital

Mission Date; May 7, 2009

Ride Captain:

Steve "Badger" Lucas, 940-206-4196 (c); pgrlucas at charter.net

The North Texas PGR has been invited by the chief administrator of North
Hills Hospital to participate in a brief non-denominational ceremony outside
of the hospital that is being hosted for hospital employees on the National
Day of Prayer.

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first
Thursday of May inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation. It
was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress and
signed into law by President Harry S. Truman.

We have been asked to stage off site and ride in as a surprise to the
hospital employees and join them in what is anticipated to be about a 15
minute ceremony. There will also be a military presence at the event. Big
flag bikes will certainly be a plus and all participants who wish will be
treated to lunch in the hospital cafeteria following the event.

Part 1 - National Day of Prayer Event:  Thursday, May 7, 2009 - 12:00 Noon;
North Hills Hospital

Staging - 11:15 AM; Briefing - 11:30 AM

It is my understanding that the map is somewhat deceptive and that it is
only a one block ride to where we are going at the hospital. We will
receive additional information regarding our exact spot at the hospital at
the briefing.

Weather: Forecast is for scattered thunderstorms with a high of 89 degrees.

The flag/water truck will not be present.

Respectfully Submitted,

Steve Lucas

North Texas Deputy State Captain
