Ladies and Gentlemen,
This has come in from the Oklahoma State Captain and states the policy in
Oklahoma very clearly on wearing and displaying of PGR items there. I would
like to thank the Oklahoma leadership for their hard work in dealing with a
very difficult situation and maintaining their focus on keeping the mission
and the safety of the riders their primary objectives. This has been very
difficult for them and all the Oklahoma riders and I know they'd appreciate
a slap on the back from all of us the next time we see them.
To All: I've posted a clarification to the policy. In my haste to get
something out I didn't clearly state the policy.
The back patch is not authorized for wear anytime in Oklahoma.
Anything else you wear on your body (patches, pins, headgear, shirts, etc.)
with the PGR logo can be worn anytime.
Permanent or semi-permanent items, such as stickers and decals, can be
displayed on anything, anytime.
Flags, banners, magnets, and any other removable item should only be
displayed during missions.
