Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

AN  IMPORTANT  SNOWBALL  EXPRESS  MESSAGE 

 

The Hyatt-Regency Reunion hotel has been dropped from the list of hotels
where Snowball Express families are staying.  That takes the list of hotels
from 10 total hotels to 9 total hotels.

 

If you had signed up to ride an escort from, or back to, the Hyatt-Regency
Reunion at any time during the week, please go back to that particular
sign-up survey(s) and CHANGE YOUR HOTEL CHOICE.

 

As long as you use the same computer you used to sign up initially, the sign
up survey will remember you and allow you to modify the sheet you had
already filled out.  One change and you're done.  If you try it from a
different computer you will be required to start a new survey.  Do this only
if you must.  It will generate a duplicate entry that we will have to locate
and delete by hand.  If you DO have to complete a new sign-up survey in
order to get off of the Hyatt-Regency Reunion list, please fill it out
completely, as your previous one will be deleted entirely and the old
information you provided will be lost.

 

Until all of the old information is captured, the Hyatt-Regency Reunion will
remain on the sign-up surveys.  PLEASE - NO MORE SIGNING UP FOR THE
HYATT-REGENCY.

 

We only received this information and confirmed it in the last hour and we
are letting you know just as soon as we could.
