Mr. Johnson was a life member in the VFW and a member of the VFW Riders.  He
was a sniper during his time in the Marines.

 

 

Part 1 - Memorial Service:  Wednesday, June 10, 2009 - 11:30 AM; Mount

Staging - 10:15 AM; Briefing - 10:30 AM; Flags in place by 10:45 AM

We will conduct a flag line only for this mission.  Mr. Johnson will be
cremated and buried at a later date at the National Cemetery at Fort Sam
Houston.

 

 

Weather:  Forecast is for partly cloudy with a high of 95 degrees.

With warmer weather beginning, please remember to properly hydrate
(including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress
appropriately.  Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you
need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time.
Also, please don't forget your sun screen.

Iron Horses if you can; cages are always welcome and appreciated.  The
flag/water truck will be present.
