Mr. Biggs was born on September 8, 1937 in Celeste to A.H. and Pansy
Williams Biggs. He married Kathleen Hansinger on July 7, 1962 in Arlington,
VA. He was an Army veteran and had served in the Honor Guard at Arlington
National Cemetery. He was a supervisor with the Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company. Mr. Biggs was an active member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church
and shared his time and talents as a member of the Texas Baptist Men and On
Mission For Jesus Builders.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 47 years, Kathleen of Greenville; a
daughter, Kaye Eliott and husband Jesse of Pottsboro, TX; a sister, Allene
Mize of Celeste, TX; two grandsons, Michael and Christopher Roberts and a
granddaughter, Stephanie Bice.

We will conduct a flag line only for this mission. Mr. Biggs will be
cremated and buried at a later date.
Weather: Forecast is for sunny with a high of 95 degrees.
With warmer weather beginning, please remember to properly hydrate
(including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress
appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you
need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time.
Also, please don't forget your sun screen.
Iron Horses if you can; cages are always welcome and appreciated. The
flag/water truck will be present.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this American patriot.
