We will meet the family at the funeral home and escort Mr. McRae and the
family to DFW National Cemetery for an interment service scheduled to begin
at 12:30PM.

Flags on hand at the cemetery will be used for the service at that location.
The water truck will NOT be present at the funeral home. Please make
appropriate arrangements. Due to ongoing construction at the cemetery,
additional details regarding entrance, etc., will be received during the
briefing. On arrival at the cemetery, big flag bikes will remain with the
procession and others will proceed to the parking area below the assigned
shelter.

For riders not able to participate in the escort, please plan on being at
the cemetery no later than 11:30AM. Check at the visitor center for the
assigned shelter, park in the parking area below the shelter and be ready to
prepare the shelter area with flags as soon as possible following the
service before Ms. McRae's.

Please be aware of the possibility of blocked entrances to the cemetery. An
entrance that we believe will always be open is the one near the
administration building on Mountain Creek Parkway about half way up the
hill, approaching Spur 408 and Loop 12. The map in this document shows that
entrance and not the main entrance we are used to - just in case.

Weather: Forecast for Thursday is for mostly clear with a high of 99
degrees.

Forecast for Friday is for partly cloudy with a high of 99
degrees.

With warmer weather beginning, please remember to properly hydrate
(including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress
appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you
need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time.
Also, please don't forget your sun screen.

Iron Horses if you can; cages are always welcome and appreciated. The
flag/water truck will be present at the cemetery. With the temperatures
forecast for only one degree short of triple digits, coming in a cage might
be a consideration.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this American patriot of The Greatest Generation.

Respectfully Submitted,

Dewey "Diehard" Dyer

North Texas Ride Captain
