Ladies and Gentlemen,

Many of you have heard the story on the radio or on the news of Larry Wayne
Roycroft, a Vietnam Veteran who was killed in a traffic accident and who
remained at the Medical Examiner's office for 2 weeks because of money not
being available to transport him to the National Cemetery, etc. That
situation has been resolved and the mission below is for Mr. Roycroft.

FINAL ITINERARY

Larry Wayne Roycroft

United States Army; Vietnam

Mission Date; June 22, 2009

Ride Captain:

Mike "Gunner" Lambert; (817) 368-9076 (c); mikelambert2 at aol.com

Mr. Roycroft was killed when struck by a vehicle in Dallas, TX. His family
members declined to be involved in paying for final expenses, a good friend
of Mr. Roycroft was financially unable to pay the expenses and Mr. Roycroft
remained at the office of the Dallas County Medical Examiner for
approximately 2 weeks. During this period Mr. Roycroft's story came to the
attention of the media, the Veterans Administration, the Army, the PGR,
etc., and Mr. Roycroft is going to have services due him as a military
veteran. The Veterans Administration is paying the expenses required.

There will be a viewing scheduled from 10:00AM to 1:00PM on the same day.
We are not setting up a flag line for this. Our official participation will
be for the procession to the cemetery and the interment service there. We
will escort Mr. Roycroft and the mourners to DFW National Cemetery for an
interment service scheduled to begin at 3:00PM.

Flags on hand at the cemetery will be used for the service at that location.
The water truck will NOT be present at the funeral home. Please make
appropriate arrangements. Bring your own water/sport drinks and bring more
than you think you will need!

Due to ongoing construction at the cemetery, additional details regarding
entrance, etc., will be received during the briefing. On arrival at the
cemetery, big flag bikes will remain with the procession and others will
proceed to the parking area below the assigned shelter.

For riders not able to participate in the escort, please plan on being at
the cemetery no later than 2:30 PM. Check at the visitor center for the
assigned shelter, park in the parking area below the shelter and be ready to
prepare the shelter area with flags as soon as possible following the
service before Mr. Roycroft's.

Please be aware of the possibility of blocked entrances to the cemetery. An
entrance that we believe will always be open is the one near the
administration building on Mountain Creek Parkway about half way up the
hill, approaching Spur 408 and Loop 12. The map in this document shows that
entrance and not the main entrance we are used to - just in case.

Weather: Forecast for Monday is for mostly clear with a high of 98 degrees.

With hot weather already here, please remember to properly hydrate
(including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress
appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you
need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time.
Also, please don't forget your sun screen.

Iron Horses if you can; cages are always welcome and appreciated. The
flag/water truck will be present at the cemetery. With the temperatures
forecast near triple digits, coming in a cage might be a consideration.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor
and respect for this American patriot.

Respectfully Submitted,

Mike "Gunner" Lambert

North Texas Ride Captain
