PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Confirmed Mission - March 27, 2009 - Ed Batte, Sr.

[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

The family of Mr. Ed Batte, Sr. has asked that the Patriot Guard participate
in the final services for this veteran of the United States Navy.  Mr. Batte
served as Machinist's Mate aboard the USS Robert E. Lee from 1962 to 1966.
Mr. Batte was an avid motorcyclist and was killed by a drunk driver while
riding his motorcycle to work.

 

The funeral will be at 3:00 PM in Midlothian with a procession to a private
cemetery and a graveside service immediately following.  As soon as the
details are confirmed a final itinerary will be posted.

 

Let's stand tall and silent for this American Patriot.
