Joshua David Pollock, age 21, of Frisco, Texas passed away on March 21, 2009
in Austin, Texas.  He was born on January 16, 1988 in Washington Court
House, Ohio to John David and Ruby Ann (Huddleston) Pollock.  Joshua was a
Cavalry Scout in the United States Army.  Joshua was a member of the Texas
National Guard.  He was a veteran of the Operation Iraqi Freedom campaign,
serving from May 2007 to May 2008.  He was currently on active duty with the
United States Army, and was training soldiers at Camp Swift in Bastrop,
Texas in preparation for their deployment to the Middle East.  Joshua was
slated to be deployed to Afghanistan in October 2009.

We will set up our flag line and stand tall and silent as the family and
guests arrive for the service. Once the service begins we break down the
flag line and prepare to ride in the procession to the cemetery.

 

 

Procession:

 

Following the funeral service we will ride in the procession from the church
to the cemetery for the interment service.

 

 

Interment Service:

 

Ridgeview West Memorial Park

Just North of 8000 County Road 710

Frisco, Texas  75034

On arrival at the cemetery we will set a flag line as friends and family
arrive for the interment.

Weather:

 

Saturday - Partly cloudy with a high of 60 degrees.

 

The flag / water truck will be at both locations. We will need big flag
bikes for the procession. All bikes will ride in the procession to the
cemetery.  Iron horses if you can.  Cages are always welcome and
appreciated.  Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent
with honor and respect for this Hero and his family.
