PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Confirmed Mission - May 25, 2009 - Memorial Day

[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

The North Texas PGR has been invited to participate in the Memorial Day
ceremonies being hosted by American Legion Post 379 in Bedford, TX.  The
ceremonies are being held at the Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home/Memorial Park
(Colleyville) in the Veteran's Garden on Memorial Day, May 25, 2009, at 9:00
AM.  They are expecting 800-1000 people for the event.  Fire trucks from
Grapevine and Colleyville will be used to hoist a large U.S. flag and, at
this time, we have been asked to ride around the inside perimeter of the
entire memorial park as a part of the event.  Big flag bikes, therefore,
will be a must.

 

We have been invited to the Legion Post for lunch following the ceremony.

 

Details are still being worked out.  Randy Roberts has agreed to Ride
Captain this mission and details will be forthcoming as they are known.
This promises to be a memorable ceremony.
