Ladies and Gentlemen,

The message below is from Abilene Ride Captain Kelly Evinger regarding a
dedication there.

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the dedication
ceremony for the newest VA Cemetery in Abilene, TX. There will be
dignitaries from the Veterans Administration and other entities there.
Congressman Randy Neugebauer will be the guest speaker along with Dismissal
by Paul and Julianne Ruska a local WWII POW. Crowd is expected to be
anywhere between 500 and 800 people for the dedication.

Tentative Plans
Staging: Exxon/Al Sups on FM 600 (West Lake Rd.) and I20 in Abilene, TX
across from Denny's.
Staging Time: 0915
KSU: 0935

We will ride from the Exxon to the cemetery in group formation as we would
for a procession. I timed it with no traffic at 55 mph, it should take
approx 5 min to the entrance of the cemetery. APD or cemetery personnel
will stop traffic at gate. Once we arrive at the cemetery, we need to
dismount and set the flag line for the dedication. Large flags definitely
wanted.
