FINAL ITINERARY

 

Hearthstone Assisted Living Center

 

Saturday, May 23rd   2:00 PM

 

 

Come help the North Texas PGR give our seniors a kick off a great Memorial
Day weekend.

 

The PGR has been invited to the Hearthstone Assisted Living Center to help
residents there celebrate Memorial Day.  This will be approximately a
one-hour visit with the residents, including photo ops of the residents on
the bikes if they desire.  Punch and ice cream will be served.  Were hoping
the veterans there will want to chat with us about their military service.

 

Staging:   We will stage starting around 1:15 at what once was a nursery
located at 2680 MacArthur, Lewisville TX  <http://tiny.cc/uXvsN>
http://tiny.cc/uXvsN.  This is on the southwest corner of MacArthur and
Vista Ridge Dr. 

 

Briefing will be at 1:45.  Hearthstone is about  mile away, so KSU will be
at 1:55.  Were hoping a lot of big flag bikes will be there so we can give
the residents a real show.

 

Weather:  Current forecast calls a very slight chance of rain.  Of course,
being Texas, this is subject to change daily.  Dress accordingly.   There
will be no flag/water truck at this visit, so its bring your own.  Hydrate
well the night before.

 

Iron Horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.
