PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Message from PGR Board of Directors

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

The message below is from the National PGR Board of Directors and is talking
about the National store and not our North Texas store.  We have been asked
to send this message out to all riders.

PGR STORE CLOSED FOR ONE WEEK

The Patriot Guard Riders store will be shut down for approximately one week.
There have been issues with back orders and other improvements that we
believe need to be made within the store structure.

Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received, and we will
do everything within our ability to prioritize those orders.  If a member
decides to cancel their order due to the delay, we will immediately refund
their payment.  

We apologize to our members for these issues with the store and thank you
for the patience you have shown so far.  At this time we would like to
assure you all that none of the issues we are addressing are related to
payments, funds, or the trademark action.  The store will reopen shortly
with some changes in inventory and planned improvements in the quality of
some items.
