FINAL ITINERARY

Mission Name: 

Forestwood Middle School Veterans Day Celebration

Mission: 

This is our annual trip to Forestwood Middle School for the Veteran's Day
Celebration and school assembly.  We have been honored to have been invited
there for several years and are pleased to participate again this year.

The event consists of flags on display outside of the school prior to school
starting and as the students and teachers proceed to the gym for an
assembly, where they will be addressed by school administration and a guest
speaker.  We will hold flags inside the gym during the assembly.  This
year's guest speaker will be a Green Beret Special Operations soldier.

Veterans Day Event:  Forestwood Middle School; Flower Mound, TX; 7:30 AM

Briefing Time: 

07:45 AM

In Position Time Or KSU: 

08:00 AM

Details Of Part 1: 

We will position flags in front of the school so they will be on display
during the time that students and faculty are arriving for the day.  There
will be a short period of down time during the drop-off period and then
motorcycles will be positioned along the front of the school building for
students and faculty to see while they are going to the gym for the
assembly.  We will post flags inside the gym for the assembly and dismiss at
the conclusion of the school events.  The program itself starts at 10:00 AM.

The Flag/Water Truck WILL Be There.

Weather Forecast: 

Forecast is for mostly sunny with a high of 70 degrees.

Comments: 

Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.

Safety First: With warmer weather, please remember to properly hydrate
(including the night before) before any outdoor activity and to dress
appropriately. Do not hesitate to take a break at any time if you feel you
need to get in the shade or get indoors and always ask for help at any time.
Also please do not forget your sun screen.
