PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Snowball Express Sign Up for Southfork Ranch/Mesquite Rodeo Day

[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

Below is information regarding the Snowball Express escorts on December 10,
2009 from the Dallas hotels to Southfork Ranch, and from Southfork Ranch to
the Mesquite Rodeo.  Also included is a link to take you to the sign-up
sheet.  You may return to the sign-up sheet to alter your information if you
need to but you must do it from the same computer where you started the
survey and not erase your cookies.  If you don't know what computer cookies
are, don't worry about them.  Just complete the brief survey and you'll be
all signed up.  Changes, additional details and other information will be
posted on the North Texas PGR web site at  <http://www.txpgr.org>
www.txpgr.org.  Just click on the button for Snowball Express and all the
latest information will be there.

 

Staging is at 8:30 AM sharp at the hotels.  Please refer to the web site for
the exact staging area for your hotel and allow time for rush hour traffic
in Dallas when planning your travel time.  Please try and not stray too far
from the staging location or be gone for too long.  The Ride Captain at your
location will be checking last minute details with Snowball Express,
transportation personnel, Law Enforcement, lead PGR personnel, etc.  There
will be a briefing at your location by the Ride Captain.  The procession
will pull out when Snowball Express says it is ready.  This is not the call
of the Ride Captain so please be prepared!

 

Staging for the escorts to the Mesquite Rodeo is 3:00 PM at Southfork Ranch.
Even if you will not be attending the rodeo itself, we still need all of our
escort riders to take the kids to Mesquite.  Again, stay close and be ready
for the briefing(s).  We go when Snowball Express says we go so let's stay
loose and prepared.

 

We will NOT be escorting the busses back to the hotels after the rodeo.  The
missions officially end once we are briefed following our arrival at the
Mesquite Rodeo Arena.  Please do not leave until after that briefing.

 

Law enforcement is scheduled to be present at each escort.  Please bring
your own food and water/beverage as required.  Additional details will be
provided at the on-site briefings.
