After the briefing we will set up the flag line and stand tall and silent as the family and guest arrive to “Honor” this American Hero. After the service begins we will break down the flag line and prepare to move to pa
rt two of the mission. The ride from Colleyville to DFW is approx 28 miles. We will leave Colleyville at approx 11:45 AM.
A police escort is planned for this mission, and as all missions we must comply with all laws. If anyone has any concerns or questions please bring them to the ride captain attention at the morning briefing.

On arrival at the cemetery, big flag bikes will remain at the service entrance staging area with the procession and remaining will proceed to the area between shelters A and B. We will park facing up the hill toward shelter A with 2 bikes side by side as close to the curb and each other as possible to allow for traffic flow. This arrangement keeps the motorcycle and voice noise to a minimum around the shelters during services. Exception to this parking arrangement are, as always, made for those who have trouble walking
If a service is taking place in the assigned shelter we will ma
intain proper distance from the shelter until the service is over. We do not know which shelter Mr. Samuels is assigned to at this time.
For anyone who will not be able to attend Part 1, please be at the shelter staging area described above no later than 12:30 PM and ready to begin preparing the area for Mr. Samuels service as soon as possible following the service immediately before his. We will use the flags in storage at the shelter for this part of the mission.
Weather: Sunny 63 degrees
“Your Safety Is Our Number One Priority”.
Bill Mayo will be at both locations with flags / water / store
Iron horses if you can, cages are always welcome and appreciated.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall, silent, and with honor and respect for this veteran and his family.
