[Mission Information For North Texas PGR]

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

Most of you know of our affiliation with the Blue Knights from the Honor
Flight rides we do when we escort the WWII veterans to the airport for their
trips to Washington, D.C.  The Blue Knights are a motorcycle club for sworn
law enforcement and retired sworn law enforcement personnel only, with
chapters all over the world.  Attached is a flyer from the Denton Chapter of
the Blue Knights regarding a fund raiser they are having for a therapeutic
riding center in North Texas.  100% of the money raised goes directly to the
riding center to offset what it costs for someone to receive services there.
The Blue Knights keep none of the money.  There is a fairly short, escorted
ride and a longer ride where you get an armband punched at several stops for
raffle tickets.  There is a 50-50 drawing, professional stunt bike
demonstrations every hour, etc.  I know they'd love to see you at American
Eagle Harley Davidson on the 26th if you could be there.
