Mission: 
This mission is to honor the survivors of the invasion of Iwo Jima and their families.

PART 1: 
Flag line at the hotel as the survivors and families travel from their rooms to the convention hall.

Details Of Part 1: 
This is not neccessarily a "motorcycle" mission. Those wanting to ride are certainly welcome to, but the weather in North Texas this time of year is unpredictible so cages are perfectly acceptable should the weather dictate! We will line the hotel hall way from the foyer to the convention hall where the ceremonies and the re-enactment of the raising of the American Flag on Mount Suribachi will take place. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raising_the_Flag_on_Iwo_Jima. Once all the honorees have been seated in the convention center, we will enter and line the wall to witness the ceremony. At the completion of the ceremony we will have some time for those of us who may wish to visit with these true American Heroes and to browse the display of WWII memoribilia in the hotel lobby. Also, if any one would like to come to participate in any of the other festivities such as the USO Show and Dance Friday night or the All Forces Dinner Saturday evening please email me and I will send a copy of the registration form and itinerary. We will have a "Meet & Greet" afterwards, see part 2 below

PART 2: 
Meet and Greet 

Details Of Part 2: 
We have reserved the party room of the China Star Buffet Restaraunt ( they have American style food also) from 11 AM till 2 PM for a meal and meet and greet after the Flag Raising Ceremony. All PGR members and guests are invited to attend. The cost of the buffet and a drink and the 15% group tip should be in the $10.00 range.
