<div>It is my pleasure to announce that George "Snakebit" Raglin has been appointed Texas State Captain.</div>

<div>George lives in Burleson, TX with his wife, Gail. He retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. He served as Division 4 Director of the National Hot Rod Association and was Crew Chief for an alcohol funny car. He joined the PGR in 2005 and has served as Ride Captain, Senior Ride Captain and Assistant Deputy State Captain. Since joining, George has participated in missions in and out of North Texas and has plans to travel to all areas of Texas.</div>

<div>George's ethics, patriotism and dedication to the PGR and its mission have made him a valuable asset to this organization. Please join me in congratulating George and helping him step into this position with ease.<br clear="all">
