Korea and Vietnam has asked the PGR to participate in his services and
interment. His services are tentatively scheduled for Monday, December
29, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home on Bowen Road in Arlington, TX,
followed by a procession and interment at DFW National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormalCxSpMiddle>When details are completed a final itinerary will
be published.<o:p></o:p></p>
