to a more active role in the North Texas PGR. Top is one of the “old
timers” (I mean that in the kindest way, Top) in the PGR in North Texas
and is a past Deputy State Captain in North Texas. His family and work
responsibilities have kept him away from us (in body but not in spirit) for far
too long but he has found a way to get back and has volunteered to be a Ride
Captain in the Plano/Allen/Garland, etc., area.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
